Career Opportunity – Post: Service Engineer We have the following career opportunity with one of our clients a leading Engineering Manufacturing company based out of Mahabubnagar, Telangana. Functional area: Client Service or Customer care Location/s: Mahabubnagar, Telangana. Package offered: Attractive package, commensurate with experience & qualification Experience: Should have 5 to 6 years of experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in Fabrication or Engineering industry. Languages (Spoken & written): English, Hindi & Telugu. Age: 28 – 40 years Gender: Male Qualification: Any ITI or Diploma in Engineering. Key skills required: Field Operator, Machine Maintenance, Milling Machine, Repair and Maintenance, Trouble Shooting Job profile: h. Job Description: • Tour Plan – Responsible in planning the Tour Plan with the respective authority on monthly basis and required to inform the respective authority regards his tour visits to the respective authority. If any changes in the tour plan, the same to be informed to the respective authority and obtain permission in this regard. • Service Calls – Required to attend all the Service calls according to the requirement of the customers. Monitor their problems and required to provide the good service for them at any given time without fail. A regular follow-up with the existing customers in regard to maintenance and the service is mandatory. • Customers visit – Responsible in visiting the customers as per the approved tour plan and required to adhere to the plan and must provide the feedback given by the customers to the respective authority. Required to maintain a separate feedback book in this regard and must attend the customers for any sort of requirement. A periodical follow-up with the customers is mandatory after the installation of the new machinery. • Customer complaints – Responsible in attending all the customers’ complaints and fix the issue by visiting the customers’ place. Attending any customer compliant at any time as soon as customer reports the complaints. • Tour bills & Reports – Responsible in submitting the tour bills on time to the respective authority for processing. Responsible in submitting the daily report to the respective authority in regard to their activities. • Meetings – Required for attending the meetings regularly as and when they are arranged. • Working Environment - Always responsible in ensure cleanliness in the semi and final assembly area and also ensure good working conditions of tools used for Semi & final Assembly. • Internal Communication - Interacting with the respective authorities as well as with the Customers in regard to service, spares, feedback, etc. from time to time with the customer at the time of service. • Company property – Required and responsible in up keeping the kit provided by the Company in good shape and condition all the time, and must update the respective authority about the same in respect of any loss of the property. • ISO Procedures - Maintain the registers and records as per ISO requirements, and oversee proper filing of documentation according to the quality standards. However, ensure an indexing system and a manual check implemented every fortnight and prepare a report. Over all responsible for stores held under his charge including all transaction of material either receipt or issued Key skills: Field Operator, Machine Maintenance, Milling Machine, Repair and Maintenance, Trouble Shooting.
