We have the following opening with one of our clients, a leading Lozenges Mfg. Pharma company. Post: Manager – Production No. of posts: 1 (One) Location: Hubli Package offered: Attractive package, commensurate with qualification and experience. Not a constraint for the right candidate. Present package should be between 10 LPA & 12 LPA. Experience: 12 to 15 years. Education: M.Sc / B. Pharma / M.Pharma. Job Description: • Manpower planning for various activity and work allotment to different category of work force. • To guide and ensure adherence to cGMP and to ensure that all production deviations are reported, evaluated and properly investigated. • To involve in various investigations related to quality management activities such as market complaint, deviation, OOS etc., as per the decision of QA-Head • To ensure the correct operation and execution of batches on continuous cooking line, primary packing and secondary packing machines and equipment’s. • To coordinate with stores department for ensuring the availability of raw and packing material and liaison with engineering department for all engineering services to have smooth working of the department. • Training the workers in various SOP’s and GMP. • Responsible to perform the manufacturing and packing operations according to the instructions in the batch manufacturing record & batch packing record. • To work with Head QA in investigation of any market complaints. • To coordinate with QC department for timely analysis of RM, PM, semi-finished and finished products. • To check the SOPs prepared by Executive Production for all operations. • To assist QA in conducting in house / customer / regulatory audits. • To review process validation/qualification protocol prepared by QA. • Emphasis on environmental control of manufacturing section in co-ordination with engineering department. • To build a cordial relationship with juniors and workers. • To ensure safety of people working in the shop floor. • To ensure all activities in line with the production operations, on time completion. • Coordination with packaging material development department for improvement activities. • To fulfil the auditors/ visitor’s recommendation after consulting management. • Ensure good Housekeeping of all production operation areas neat and clean, starting from cooking line, primary packing, secondary packing machines and its equipment’s. • Account for FG output per Manpower head utilization and daily reporting. • To reduce wastages in primary and secondary packing area of packing materials. • Accountable for providing finished goods as per monthly dispatch plan by PPIC. • To support Deputy Manager Production and effectively use the available resources for smooth working of the Production operation and to update daily/monthly production data for MIS.
