Job Description

We have the following opening with one of our clients, a leading Industrial Electronics company. Posts: Sr. Manager – HR (Kochi) Location: Kochi Package offered: Attractive package. Present package should be between 8 & 10 LPA (Kochi). Experience: 8 to 10 years of Generalist HR experience in any corporate company. Age group: 35 to 38 yrs max. Qualification: MBA – HR. Job Description: • To be responsible for Recruitment, Training & Development, PMS, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll and implementation of HR processes and practices in the organization in line with the vision, mission and objectives of the organisation HR • Reviews and monitors implementation of HR policies and procedures related to Manpower Planning, Recruitment and Selection to ensure employees of the right calibre and competence are in place to enable the organization to meet its objectives • Monitors implementation, reviews and modifies HR policies & and procedures in alignment with Group’s business objectives • Ensures effective Performance Management System (PMS) for better evaluation and review of the performance of employees, by coordinating with Functional / Business Heads • Oversees development of Goals / KRAs for employees and links the same with the PMS for review of employee performance periodically • Formulates and employs effective Retention Strategies to contain attrition of employees, especially crucial talents • Understands and identifies training needs of employees based on Performance Review. Ensures continuous development of human resources by implementing appropriate Learning & Development programs • Organizes and coordinates with in-house and external Trainers and facilitates training programs by designing training calendars • Facilitates training participation, obtains feedback, maintains training record and conducts training effectiveness audit • Develops Compensation & Benefits programmes, rewards etc. • Guides and develops the subordinates and staff in the department Immediate joiners or within 15 to 30 days are preferred.
