Post: Plant Head / Plant Manager No. of posts: 1 (One) Location: Hyderabad Package offered: Attractive package, commensurate with experience & qualification Experience: 15 to 20 years from any MSME Manufacturing industry preferably Batteries / Power Electronics / UPS etc. Present package can be 6 LPA to 10 LPA. Education: B. E. / B. Tech / Diploma in Electronics. Having MBA in Operations Management would be added advantage. Skills: Good Communication skills Business acumen and intense customer focus. Knowledge of the territory Job Description: 1) Responsible for profit center head of the business division / plant operations. 2) Responsible for timely production, production targets as per market demands. 3) Handle Plant Maintenance, Purchase, Commercial, Stores, Administration, people management. 4) To propose and implement Good manufacturing practices, systems, policies and procedures. 5) Reporting all plant activities to the Management.
