CAREER OPPORTUNITY We have the following career opportunity with one of our clients a leading Pharma Trading company based out of Hyderabad. Post: Executive – Sourcing / Sourcing Specialist No. of posts: 1 (One) Functional area: Purchase / Sourcing materials Location/s: Hyderabad Education: Any Graduate with relevant experience Package offered: Commensurate with experience & qualification Experience: 2 to 4 years in preferably in Pharma Trading. Experience in HPLC columns and Chemicals knowledge is mandatory. Job Description: Get the purchase requisitions from other departments within the organization, Get the quotes / PIs from various suppliers, Do Vendor & rate/specification evaluation, Get the samples, Personally Visit the vendor / Get the supplier references & release the WO / PO, Payment Terms finalization, Materials & its quality tracking - Personally & through the team, Suppliers payments tracking. 1. Reports - Consumption reports - Material Tracking Reports - - Supply Invoices Reports - Vendor Payments Report - Porter payment tracking - Transportation payment tracking - Scrap sales & payment tracking 2. Vendors / Suppliers Development 3. Sub-Contractors - New Contractors Identification - Their Executed sites visit - Mock up or small works allocation - Price finalization & PO or WO release 4. All the required filings & files to be maintained : PR Lists : PI/Quotes for each component as per PR : Finalized vendor quote/WO/PO : Material receipt DCs : Tax Invoice Copies ; Material Test Certificates / Weighment slips : Consumption Reports : Scrap - Weighment & Payments : Payments for suppliers 5. Attending weekly review meetings & maintain weekly reports Immediate joiners or within 15 to 30 days are preferred.
